The boy reached through to the soul of the world, and saw that it was a part of the soul of God. And he saw that the soul of God was his own soul. And that he, a boy, could perform miracles.

The boy then turned himself into the wind.

About me

I’m drawn to the subtle ways the body communicates. Through movement, touch and stillness, there is always something to discover, a shift in sensation, a new sense of space, a moment of ease. My practice grows from this curiosity and the belief that the body has its own intelligence, something we can learn to listen to rather than control.

I see bodywork as a way of creating space for something to unfold. A space where attention can soften, movement can emerge and new possibilities can be felt.

Movement has always been my foundation. After graduating from the Dance Academy in Amsterdam, I sought ways to deepen my understanding of the connection between body, mind and presence.

In 2021, I discovered the Ilan Lev Method and experienced a profound shift within me. Together with four other students, I began the ILM Poland course, guided by Yaniv Mintzer under the mentorship of Gabrielle Uetz, Omer Sigler and Dorry Aben in Amsterdam. I was drawn to its playful approach to dissolving mental limitations. Through receiving sessions, I experienced profound openings in awareness and a refreshing sense of aliveness.

From there, my exploration naturally expanded into massage and bodywork. Over the past five years, I have been developing my practice, allowing the sensitivity, curiosity and awareness I discovered through ILM to flow into each session. Along the way, I have found inspiration in different approaches to touch and movement, including ZenThai Shiatsu, which continues to spark my curiosity and influence the way I explore bodywork.

I have also dedicated time to deepening my knowledge of Western medicine, particularly the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I am now expanding this knowledge through the study of Chinese medicine, exploring how these different perspectives can complement one another.

Dance, the Ilan Lev Method, massage and bodywork now naturally weave together in my practice. Rather than following a fixed formula, I approach each session with curiosity, presence and attentiveness, allowing space for the body to respond in its own way. For me, this work is an ongoing exploration of touch, movement and connection, and of the possibilities that emerge when we learn to listen to the body.
